1. What sizes and age ranges does Medisyncgroup cover? We offer clothing for newborns through kids (typically 0-3M up to 10-12 years, depending on the item). Sizes include NB (newborn), 0-3M, 3-6M, 6-9M, 9-12M, 12-18M, 18-24M, 2T-5T, and youth sizes. Always check the product page for exact size charts and measurements to ensure the perfect fit!
2. What shipping options are available? We offer these options to U.S. customers:
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.
3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:
- Express: 3–6 business days
- Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re exploring more options – sign up for our newsletter for updates!
5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong size, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). 6. Are your clothes safe and comfortable for kids? Yes! We prioritize soft, breathable, skin-friendly fabrics (cotton, ribbed knits, etc.), free from harmful chemicals where possible. Many items feature tagless labels, snap closures for easy changes, and durable seams for active play. Always follow care instructions to keep them looking great.
7. How do I care for the clothing? Most items are machine washable (cold or gentle cycle) and tumble dry low. Avoid bleach or high heat to preserve colors and fabrics. Specific care labels are on each garment – check them for best results!
